Another Whole Pound Gone Forever!!!

Well, I am down another pound today!! That puts me at 142.8- one pound closer to 130 something!!! My total lost so far this round (4 days VLCD) is 6.2. If I am able to keep this up, I will definitly hit 130 by the end of this round...but I do know that the weight loss slows down, so I will be happy with 135 by the end of this round....we will just have to see.
Well, I gotta get back to my kids, and my tea!!! Happy Wednesday to you all!
