My plan....
Well I have decided to start injections again after TOM is over.... I will start on Friday, and have Friday and Saturday be my load days. What I am wondering is..... should I really load to capacity since my break will have only been 5-6 days?? How can I load healthy?? What kind of things should I eat on those days? I just don't want to gain a huge amount, especially since I already screwed up.
Like I said before I am starting this round with a fresh clean slate, and I will keep myself accountable to you all. Whenever I get cravings and feel like cheating I am going to go read Susan's blog (the one where she shares her thoughts on cheating). That will keep me on track for sure!!! lol

Lori - My "cheating" post must have made an impression! :) Didn't mean to scar you (or anybody else) for life, my friend, but if it helps keep you on the straight and narrow, then I'm glad I wrote it and glad that you saw it! You're doing great - just keep on keepin' on. Onward and downward!
Thanks guys... You have no idea how much the input helps.... and Susan, I am very glad you wrote that blog on cheating, because I was serious when I said I will go look at it whenever I feel like cheating....it WILL keep me on track, for sure!!
