Question about what I should do.....

I emailed Cindy and asked her this question, and thought I'd also ask everyone else what they thought......
I have been reading about the "Becky Short Rounds" mentioned in Toni's blog. My question is: I have been on the VLCD for 25 days....do you think I can go ahead and follow the short round method, even though this time I'm already over the 20 days.... What I'd like to do is stop injections, continue the VLCD for 3 days, then do P3 for 7 days, and then do another short round. I'm not sure if you read about this on Toni's blog or not, but it seems ideal for me because I always loose so much more in my first 2-3 weeks....and the thought of a 7 days break to be on P3 really appeals to me!! I also might add that this is my third round on phase 2. Do you think this would be okay for me to try or should I just finish out this long round and then wait 6 weeks and do another long round?
Any thoughts are very much appreciated!!

I'd say go for it - but this is my first round. You may want to do P3 for a couple extra days - I was thinking 10-12 since you've done the 25 shots. However, I am not the expert on this - if Cindy doesn't have the answer you could go over to the HCGDiet Yahoo forum and in the title put Q for Cheryl Conner. She's the Becky contact and is the expert.

Plus, you've taken the breaks like recommended so I am sure you'll be fine!

And that it why I am doing the short rounds... I've read about the quick weigh loss during the first couple weeks and I think it will be great for the mental break - as for those of us who have a significant amount of weight to lose not only is it a big commitment (no pun intended - but it is funny HAHAHAHA) but it is a long commitment. So I am all for getting the maximum result or best bang for the buck kind of thinking.

I agree with Toni - go for it! I'm doing short rounds because I know I'm going to need the mental health break. Since I've got so much to lose, it seems like it will be easier to break it into the shorter rounds. You're doing great!

Thanks for the input guys....I am indeed going to do the short rounds....
I am so dissapointed in myself this past round!!! All I can do is pick up and fix it next time. I am so determined to go exactly by the book from now on, and I feel better about starting fresh... so Monday starts R3, and I'll do round 3 for 7 days, and then have a fresh new start at round two again.
