I am so happy and content today....I am very happy with my decision, and even happier that I have done this the right way this time ALL THE way through the round, and that makes it even better that this is my last round...done right!
That being said, I am down .6 this morning putting me at 134.2 and making my total loss for 16 days 20.8 pounds!!
My goal: Get to 130 by the end of this round.... AND ..... STAY there!!!!!
