Same

Well I didn't go through with yesterday's steak day. I made it to 11:30 and then I couldn't take it anymore. The good news is that my weight is the same this morning: 144.4. Thats a lot of 4's. lol. So I am going to attempt another steak day today...we'll see how it goes. Bye for now!
