SO Happy
Today's weight is 130.8....again! This is so awesome!!! I feel great...so healthy. I have about one more week on phase three! I can't believe how fast this is flying by!
My daughter turns four while we are gone so we are having her party before we go.... the day before we go! The theme is Disney Princess....very fitting, since the next day we leave for Disney Land!! It will be a lot of fun! We are gonna have Famous Daves!!! YESSSSS!!!!!!!! I will finally be able to have some instead of just watching everyone else eat it in front of me while I have a measly 3.5 oz of chicken over some lettuce!
I have SO much to do to get ready for the trip.....I am definitly staying busy.....with school as well (homeschooling my daughter).
Okay, so I thought I'd share what an average daily menu looks like for me on phase three....
Breakfast: 2 eggs, sausage, cheese
AM Snack: 2 spoons of PB, or PB with an apple (PB is the stuff you churn yourself at Whole Foods....made from nothing but peanuts)
Lunch: Chicken breast with cheese on it
Snack: Artichoke with butter and salt
Snack: 2 sugar free choc chip cookies (they are Aunt Gussies...get them at Whole Foods)
Dinner: Taco salad, or spaghetti with miracle noodles, or a huge salad with cheese and seeds and meat, or pulled pork from Whole Foods (YUM)
I've also eaten at Chipoltle twice with my family.... I get the lettuce bowl with chicken and steak and cheese on top....soooo yummy!
So, I definitly haven't been feeling deprived at all....I think I am eating pretty well.....and, well, it has worked for me....I haven't had to do a single steak day, and I am staying just under my LIW. I never thought this would be possible for me....every other round I did phase three was a nightmare for me. Once again, I attribute this success to the Candida-G.... I have no carb or sugar cravings, and am completely satisfied with phase three friendly foods.
Okay, all this talking about food has made me hungry....I need to go eat breakfast!
