Well my weight went down just a tad...this morning I weighed in at 155.6. I am proud of myself for being good yesterday. From now on I plan to follow a phase 3 type of diet, and workout. We will see what happens.

Your wheels may possibly need a break. By the way are you following the phase 3 diet in another part of the phases?

I'm not sure I understand your question. Right now I am just eating whatever, but no starch and no sugar. And I am also going to the gym at least 3 times a week. So far so good...I am losing weight...and I am shocked!
