Doing Well

My weight this morning is 153.0. And I ate A LOT yesterday. I ate a lot of chili, which was a lot of calories, but not too starchy and no sugar, so maybe that is why it did not effect my weight? Who knows! This week is Home Mission's Conference at our church, so it will be a very busy week for us, and we will be eating yummy meals at the church. We'll see if my weight stays stable thru the week! If it does, then I have no worries about vacation in April. I am already starting to think of when would be good to start up again. Definitly no time soon...I am sticking to my word in that I am taking a VERY long break. So I am thinking way into the future, contemplating when would be a good time. Possibly May? Not sure yet.
Well, I need to run.....time to do school with my daughter and then onto plenty of housework!

Lori, I am sooo excited to start this protocol! Your blog is the first blog I read (our age is the same) so I wanted to take a closer look at someone closer to me... I need help though, I do not know anything about this except that I will be giving myself injections into the fat layer of my stomach. I have absolutely no clue what half of the important stuff is that you are referring to such as the phases- if you can please email me any info or help me that would be greatly appreciated!
