Plateau???

Well today has yeilded no change. My weight is still 146.0. I am not going to worry about it, and keep chuggin on and sticking to the protocol. Auntie Flo is still here, and I have no doubt she is the reason for the stall!
I also want to thank you for commenting on my blogs every now and then. I can't tell ya how encouraging it is, as I always wonder if anyone is reading.
