Still Going!!...

The scale showed a loss of 1.8 pounds this morning!!! So that puts me at 144.2, and makes my total loss for 4 days 10.4 pounds!! I'll take it!!
My lovely Aunt Flo decided to arrive this morning. I am going to inject straight through. I hope I continue with the big losses since it is still my first week! But we shall see!
I find myself SO irritable and moody and have close to no patience while on the diet.... my poor family! I don't know how they deal with me sometimes!
I am taking my son to the doctor today....he's still got the temp, and won't eat a thing! I am excited, because I found a holistic family practice doctor for our family to see from now on! I got tired of the other pediatrician prescribing antibiotics and other meds that had worse side effects than the illness itself, then getting upset with me because I always turned it down. So I am excited to meet this doctor.
Better run...I am feeling weak and shaky...need to drink some more tea.
