Almost

Well the day is approaching quickly. 3 more days and I'll be starting injections again. My weight this morning is 145.4. Not sure what the deal is. I may try a steak day tomorrow. I am excited, because my sister in law is going to try the protocol. It took me a while to muster up enough guts to tell her about it, cause I thought for sure she'd just think I was totally nuts. She said she did think I was nuts, lol....but was worth a try. I would love to see her happy. She has been calling me several times a day with questions....she is so scared!! But she knows I'm here for her any time she needs support, and I can't wait to see her start melting away!!
