Last Shot
Okay, well I decided today was my last shot....it was either that, or cheat and gain and then spend the last several days getting over the cheat, only to wind up ending exactly where I am now anyways. So I will follow the diet tomorrow and Saturday and begin P3 on Sunday. I will do P3 for 3 weeks, and then see where I am at, if I think I can do another 3 week round then I will, and will be ending it just in time for our big trip to Disney Land.
SO..... my LIW for this round is 133.2!!! Goal: Stay under 135.2!!!!!! I CAN do this!!!!
