Feeling Good

Well it bugs the tar outta me that I don't have a scale to weigh in, but I am feeling good....was very good yesterday!!! I think I am going to go this week before I get a scale.....then I'll be in for a pleasant surprise!! I plan to stick this out til the end of the month and then do a full 3 weeks of phase 3 correctly, then when we leave for our trip I will be starting phase 4. I am SOOOO excited!!! Also, my sister in law is doing the protocol, and is doing very well!!! She started out where I started out....so has around 100 pounds to lose. She is so excited at the thought of being thin one day.... she knows that I did it, and has confidence that she can too!!! I can't wait to see her reach her goals!!! HCG is AMAZING!!!!
