Headache
Well yesterday and this morning so far I have a pretty decent headache. My Candida-G should be here today or tomorrow (I paid extra for 2nd day air)....I can't wait to get this problem under control...I really hope it works....I'm trusting Cindy!!
This morning's weight is 137.8, so that makes my first day's loss 1.2 pounds. I just keep saying to myself that I CAN do this....just 3 more weeks...I CAN do this. Then the trick will be following Phase 3 to the letter, to make sure I am setting my new weight set point. I'm sure that if my Candida is under control, then it will be much easier to resist the sugar and carbs on P3.
So that is that for today....hopefully I will see consistant losses for motivation!

Hi, Lori! Sorry to hear about all those cravings--I was on Candida-G on phase 2 and it really helped. I'm now using the Fern Plus on phase 3/4--and my cravings are much fewer. The other thing that sometimes causes cravings, I notice, is if I eat out--it's the msg! But that's hard to completely avoid, and it doesn't seem as strong as the candida cravings. Anyway, hope all goes well with your last round here! Take care, Merry
