Messed Up!!
I gave in to temptation yesterday, and am up 2.8 pounds this morning. My weight is 138.4. I was feeling so terrible yesterday, like I was a lost cause. I am feeling a little better this morning, and am just going to pick right back up and keep going. I am praying that the Candida-G will start helping me significantly. So I think what I am going to do is start my 23 days from today to make sure my hypothalymus gets reset. Ya'll probably think I'm crazy and all over the place huh?

Hello Lori, I want to tell you how much you've inspired me and I just read every entry. Thank you for sharing the up's and down's. I'm about to begin hcg. I need to lose 100 lbs so I'm hoping this will work for me. I have some questions. Who's Cindy, How long did it take for the HCG to arrive, how much did you inject, where did you inject, Did you mix it and store it in the needles or in a bottle? Cindy is an HCG expert....she wrote an e-book called "Guide to Implementing the Weight Loss Cure", and she has graciously volunteered her time to the 25 of us challengers to help us through this journey. She is absolutely wonderful!
The HCG usually takes 10-14 business days to get here...but sometimes longer depending on customs.
The mixture that I use is a dosage of 166 ius and each shot is 1cc. So I mix a 5000iu amp of hcg with 30ml of bacteriostatic water and I store it in a sealed glass vial in the fridge. Lasts me 30 days.
Good luck to you....hcg really is a miracle substance if you ask me!!
