Hi Lori, I didn't have any trouble with the weight except I do notice a jump of up to 4 pounds around my monthly. My diet on phase 3 was not measuring anything, eating when I was hungry, but eating only what was permitted, ie. I still stayed away from the majority of carbs. I really didn't keep anything off of the list of foods if it was ok in phase 3. I even ate stuff not on phase 3 during that phase and I didn't have a problem, but I wouldn't recommend that for others. As soon as my monthly is done I am back to within a pound of my LIW.

Thanks, Tracey....maybe that is my issue then....I won't worry about it too much, as I am still within my two pound range.
