Two more days

Well, I have indeed decided to make yesterday my last shot. So today and tomorrow will be my last VLCD days. So, my LIW is 131!!! Today I am down to 130!! I can absolutely make it through today and tomorrow!!! I'm so happy I am able to do this right this time!!! (thanks to Cindy's advice and the Candida-G!!!!)
I am soooo excited to start phase three and even more nervous!!! I CAN'T gain any weight back.... I have a full 3 weeks to maintain before we leave for our trip.
Ok, well I guess that is all for now.....hope everyone else is doing well.
