Still Inching

My weight this morning is 135.4...so that is down another .4. Wish it were more but at least it is in the right direction. After today I have 5 more shots, and 7 more days of VLCD. I am SOOOO ready to be done, but I am determined to end it the right way this time. This is the last chance I have before we go on our trip. I can not even tell you how scared I am of phase three and whether or not I'll be able to maintain my new weight.
