No Steak Day in Sight
My weight this morning is 131.2. I think it is safe to say that I will be making it through phase three without a single steak day. I can hardly believe it. Such a nice change from having to do one every other day and still being above LIW. I am very satisfied!
I sure will miss blogging when we are gone. I will have to find a computer and check in as much as I can! True success will be when I come home from vacation still within 2 pounds of my LIW!!!
Well that is all for now....only 7 more days on phase 3 (including today)!!

Hey Lori here's a cheaper alternative same stuff w/o the aloe and you only have to take 1 capsule as it has 1.5 billion CFU's per cap. I can also pick this up tomorrow from my Naturopath.
