Too Much
Today's weight is 131.8. I'm thinking I ate a tad too much yesterday. But I am still within a pound of my LIW, so I am not worried. I will be more careful today.
Okay, so I was talking with a friend who finished round 2 just a little but before I did..... she did phase three successfully and maintained her LIW.....well she's been on phase 4 for about a week now, and everytime she eats any kind of starch her weight goes up. She said she's only eating a little bit of it, and her weight goes up every time. Now I'm scared to start phase 4.
If anyone reading has done phase 4 successfully PLEASE let me know how you did it...what kinds of foods did you eat.... did you add them in slowly.... what can I expect on phase 4??? What is the best way to go about it?
