Back Home!!
Well we made it home safe! We had an absolute blast...but I am also happy to be home!!
So, as much as I don't want to report what my weight is....I know I need to. This morning was 138.2. You can probably imagine how dissappointed I am. I have decided to do another round. This time I don't plan on settling on less than my best. I really want to make it to my original goal of 120....which is a great weight for someone who is only 5 feet even. So I took my first shot this morning and am loading today and tomorrow. I have had a good 5 weeks break, and am definitly in the right mental start to go again. I am going to try for at least 30 days....or when I hit 120....which ever comes first.....but no less than 23 of course. So it looks like I will be starting phase 4 just before Thanksgiving, so that is perfect.
So, I hope ya'll are ready to join me for another journey!!

I am - I really miss reading your blog. Not many have been blogging and I feel all alone :(
I'm holding strong at the moment - but I have decided to go 4 weeks on P3 and head back into another round. Not liking the way my body is feeling at the moment on P3. Lots of gas and heartburn. I'm going to have to level back and figure out what's causing it. Might be the quitting smoking at the same time as starting P3?!?!?!?!
Well, I also keep up with everyone's blog....I enjoy yours!! Wish everyone would blog more!
Sounds like you are doing really well.... congrats on quitting!!! That is so awesome!!!
good to see your back safe, i have been reading this blog since the begining but just got back from our summer holidays, good to see your doing so well and cant wait to real more of your successes..
Thanks for the comments guys....very much an encouragement to me!
