No Plateau After All

Well, this morning showed a loss of .6 pounds putting me at 145.4, and making my total loss for 7 days 9.2 pounds. Auntie Flo is on her way out, so maybe the losses will pick up again!! I went to Whole Foods last night and got all of my fruits and veggies for the week!
Well, I better go drink some tea, and get my kiddos some breakfast.....Toodles for now.
