Now I Know
Well, I am dissapointed to find my weight at 146.8 this morning....but at least now I know why. No more cashews or deli meat for me on phase three. Today I am doing the protein deficiency protocol that CC talks about in her book. So hopefully that will get me back on track. I think I will need to do a couple of them, as I am 6.2 pounds above my LIW.
Next Friday is the day I will resume injections, and I am planning to do a 39 day round. I am already getting anxious to be back on injections....maybe its just the structure, and no guessing... I know exactly what to eat, and so on....AND....I wake up to a lower number on the scale (given that I don't cheat).
I am excited to do this next round and get to my goal weight...I can't wait to report my losses everyday! I WILL do GREAT this round....especially with a 2 1/2 week break.... this is enough time for me to get mentally prepared, and enjoy eating phase three foods for a bit.
