Question....
Well, I am wanting to try one of the recipies in Cindy Cook's book. It is the one for crustless key lime pie. The problem is, it justs lists the ingredients....I have no idea of how much of each ingredient to use, and then how do I mix it and do I cook it?
Here is what it says in her book:
Phase 3 Crustless Key Lime Pie
Yogurt
Stevia
Vegetable Glycerine
Vanilla
1 lime, juiced
It tastes better than key lime pie.
I LOVE key lime pie, so this would be HEAVEN....I just need to know exactly how to make it... can anyone please help? Not sure how to get ahold of Cindy herself...I tried emailing her in the past and for some reason it was not able to be sent to her.
Cindy, if you are reading this, would you be able to help me out? Thank you so much!

Hi Lori,
This was a bit of a thrown-together recipe, so all I can say is I use the ingredients "to taste". I used 8 oz plain yogurt, 3 drops of liquid stevia, 3 drops of glycerine, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla, but that might not be to your taste.
Cindy
