1st VLCD...

Well today is the day I begin the VLCD!! After 3 days of eating non stop I am definitly ready!! My weight has shot wayyyy up there after gorging for the last three days.....I don't even wanna say what it is.....but I will....154.8. So I am just hoping that this first week it falls really really quick!! So far this morning I have had 3 big cups of water, and two cups of tea. I am not feeling hungry.
We did go camping and we had a blast!!! The kids had SOO much fun...it was great!....I got soooo burnt....just on my face...I am BRIGHT red!! Once again I totally forgot about sunscreen! ouch! Miraculously though, the kids didn't get burnt at all...nor did my hubby, so thats good!
Well, this will be my last round before we go to Disney Land, so I am going to make it count! I want to be in a size 6 when we go...badly!!!
Well I gotta pee..........AGAIN!!! here I go back in the bathroom every 30 minutes again! lol
