YES!! Finally a big loss!!
I am down two whole pounds this morning!! So that puts me at 133.4. After today I have 4 more shots left. I am feeling extremely weak and shaky this morning, and lightheaded everytime I stand up. Not sure how much longer I can go.....7 days really doesn't sound that long, but right now it seriously seems like an eternity!!
I am going to go take some potassium pills and drink more water and tea. Hope ya'll have a great day!

hey Lori do not lose hope, its just 7 days and it will go very quickly, just keep yourself busy throughout the day and you will see the difference. And do not forget to take some rest so as to have a good health. take care and have a great day
Thanks, Julie!! I think that IS the key...to stay busy during the day. It definitly helps me more when I am busy!
