Wow...I am Amazed!
I am down another whole pound this morning, putting me at 131.4!!!! I felt SOOOOO little when I woke up this morning, and it felt so good.
The Candida-G is working WONDERS!!!!! I have no cravings....and it is now SOOOO easy for me to stick to the diet. I LOVE it!!! (Thank you Cindy SO MUCH!!!!!) Only two more shots left after today, and then two more VLCD days after that. So I will be starting phase 3 on Thursday. I am so excited at the thought of actually seeing 129!!! It just might happen!!
I am thinking about doing one more round some time in October. That would give me atleast 6 weeks of break....I think that would be good. We'll see though, because honestly, I feel SOOO good and I think I look AMAZING!!
Well, today is my cousin's wedding. I can hardly believe she is getting married...I still see her as a little girl..... crazy how fast we all grow up!! (and even faster when it's your own kids). I am both excited and nervous at the same time. I definitly do not crave sugar anymore, but who knows what will happen when that delicious cake is surrounding me. Just have to keep in mind that I'M ALMOST DONE......CAN'T BLOW IT NOW!!!!!! I can SOOOO do this!!

hi Lori, im so happy for you that your diet and Candida-G is working wonders for you and im sure that you will be able to see the 129 and perhaps less than that. i hope that in your break you don not put on much weight. As for your cousin, well i just want to say that life goes on very quickly and only when there are some events that we realise how much life has gone on. Well keep up and do keep us informed.. bye
