Good Feeling!!!
I have a VERY good feeling about this round! Today's weight is 150.0....that makes my loss for the first VLCD a whopping 4.6 pounds!!! Can you believe that?! 4.6 pounds in one day! That's most of my load weight. I'm thinking that after today I will have lost all of my load weight (at least that would be nice). I am still itching to see the 130's- maybe in a week- week and a half??....I was so close last round I could almost taste it. I'm certain I will make it this round....and even into the 120's! I am doing a long round, and I am determined to make it ALL THE WAY through without cheating even a little bit!
Well I gotta go get my kiddos ready for church.

hi lori, after reading your blogs comments, i have started to get inspired by you as i am also on the diet. even though with your kids, you are keeping up with your diet and i think that is really good and determined. im excited to see you when you have rech your 120's. do post some pictures... take care and keep up with it.
