LAST DAY ON VLCD!!!
Well, today is my very last day on the VLCD!!!!!
Guess what my weight is this morning?!?!?!?!? 129.6!!!!!!!!!!!
I could not be happier!!!!!!!
Tomorrow starts phase three....my goal is to stay within 2 pounds of my LIW (131). I think I am off to a good start....NO sugar or starch cravings!!! It is wonderful!!!!
I will be going shopping tonight for phase three friendly foods. I am excited! I just KNOW that this time will be different!! This time I am gonna do it...and do it right!!!! I CAN do this!!!

Today was my last injection. Woohooo
I was 129 this morning. I actually did an apple day today to perhaps get off another two in the morning...guess I'll know soon. My goal was 125 but I didn't quite make that.
kudos to you for all your effort!!!
Perhaps we can add support to one another for the next phase. This is my final round so I hope to maintain! My husband did the last round with me and he has been at the same exact weight since his last injection. It rocks!
Lori, congratulations! That's so exciting! I'm glad the Candida-G worked for you--now that you're starting phase 3, I recommend adding the Ferm Plus to your diet. It helps re-colonize the good microflora that controls candida and does a lot of other beneficial things. Go to Victoria's site for info: significanthealing.com (in case you don't know.)
